"LǜYou" Brand graphite tower making equipment mainly uses in the orifice column, the bubble-cap tower, the packed tower, the valve tower and so on, uses for absorbing, concentrating,analysing, distilling, rectifying, filtering and washing the corrosive medium, such as the organic product, hydrochloric acid, HCI gas, SO2 gas and so on, the tower diameter can be φ200-φ1500. It may produce according to the costomer's chart or design and carry out the installation and trial run according to the customer's technological conditions. The packed tower uses for tail gas treatment like theHCI gas and SO2 gas, eliminating the environmental pollution and recycling the useful ingredients.

     The graphite hydraulic jet pump is designed specially by our factory and it is the corollary equipment with the synthesis furnace process hydrochloric acid production, divides into the extra large, the large size, the medium-sized and the small size of specifications, its main function is to gain overall system vacuum, the water inlet pressure should be bigger than 0.25MPA, the vacuum which produces by the gas inlet is 100mmHG, the operating temperature is 90 ℃ -165 ℃.
