"LǜYou" Brand GX series tubular graphite film absorber's absorption heat exchange part is the impermeable graphite tube,it has extremely good film forming condition, therefore the absorption efficiency is very high (absorption rate may reach 99% when cooperate with tail gas tower) and the production intensity is strong (φ22/φ32×3000 the single-valve daily output may reach 0.8-1.2 tons, 33% hydrochloric acid/Day), also it has large adjustment scope, the product is free from pollution, the purity is good, mainly uses for absorbing HCI gas in order to make the hydrochloric acid. Also may process tail gases, such as the gas which contains exhaust HCI, SO2, NH3, HF, P2O5, H2S,etc,that is,not only recycles certain ingredients, produces sideline product but also reduce or eliminate environmental pollution. Gas- luid separator of this equipment divides into two kinds: the dipping graphite (calls I TYpe) and the steel lines with rubber(calls II type), so the subscriber must give clear indication of this.
